Our Parent safety poster

Published on October 23, 2026

At Thrive Childcare we know that parents first concern is for their children’s safety. We have shared just some of the ways we keep our children safe in our settings with this useful visual based on Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. The foundations of the Thrive Approach to teaching and learning are built on children’s need to feel safe and secure first before they can be in a ‘state of learning’, thus taking steps to reach their future potential. If you have any questions about health and safety in your child’s setting, please do speak to your Nursery Manager.
