Home / Uncategorised / Thrive Raises £705 For Red Nose Day
Across the Thrive Childcare and Education sites in England and Scotland our teams had great fun taking part in fund-raising activities on Red Nose Day for Comic Relief. Comic Relief aims to “bring about positive and lasting change in the lives of poor and disadvantaged people, which we believe requires investing in work that addresses people’s immediate needs as well as tackling the root causes of poverty and injustice”
Activities on the day included a sponsored Red Nose hunt in the grounds of Musselburgh Nature Kindergarten. It was wonderful to watch the children hunt for, and share, carefully hidden Red Noses in our outdoor learning environment.
Well done to all of the children who successfully managed to find all the hidden noses and for supporting Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day!
Our central teams weren’t going to let the children have all the fun!
A sponsored quiz which took place online allowed Thrive team members to show off their general knowledge.
Well done to Jolene Blair, the manager of Corner House Perth, who seems to know everything about everything!
A fabulous day was topped off with the unveiling of cakes that members of the Marketing Department entered into our Bake-Off competition. The results were interesting!
Thrive Childcare and Education would like to say thank you to everyone who donated money on Red Nose Day 2022 and thank you to everyone who took part!
