We are Thrive Childcare and Education. We believe in putting children first every time.
We are excited and pleased to introduce you to the wonderful, passionate and committed team who are working at Thrive Childcare and Education. We have nurseries across Manchester and the surrounding areas including Trafford Park, Swinton, Prestwich, Dryden Street and Astley. As well as Salford, Oldham, Rochdale, Warrington, Knutsford and Congleton.
Why us?
At Thrive Childcare and Education, we put children first every time and our long-standing, experienced teams deliver every day with passion. As part of our mission to create a better world, we provide settings optimised for children to learn, explore and be happy. We help them to understand that the environment is there to be respected as well as to provide them with so many learning opportunities.
We have a unique approach to education with an emphasis on nature and the outdoors, so we provide as many natural areas as we can. Our forest schools for example are built around the children’s imaginations thus providing an environment where they can be themselves as well as learn to be expressive. We believe that children learn best through play.

Caring for Every Stage: From Babies to Pre-Schoolers
Baby Room (0-2 years)
Nurturing Beginnings
Our baby room provides a calm, safe, and stimulating environment where our babies can explore, discover, and develop at their own pace. With a strong focus on sensory play, close one-to-one care, and gentle routines, we create a loving space where babies feel secure, happy, and encouraged to take their first steps in learning.
Toddler Room (2-3 years)
Exploring and Growing
At this curious and energetic stage, toddlers thrive in a space designed for discovery, movement, and social interaction. Through hands-on activities, messy play, early language development, and guided exploration, we nurture independence while ensuring children feel supported in their growing confidence and abilities.
Pre-School Room (3-5 years)
Ready for Big Adventures
As children prepare for their next steps into school life, our pre-school room offers a structured yet playful approach to learning. With a mix of phonics, numeracy, creative expression, and problem-solving activities, we build essential skills while encouraging curiosity, teamwork, and self-confidence, ensuring a smooth transition to reception.
